Additional on-site storage is available at Sky3 for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Apartments at Sky3 are serviced by Xfinity, Verizon, and Quantum, offering residents multiple connectivity options. 

Sky3 offers ADA-accessible apartment features and step-free routes in select areas to support accessibility needs.

Sky3 does not offer furnished apartments or partner with third-party furniture rental providers for added convenience.

Sky3 does offer furniture rental partnerships through a specific provider, allowing residents to furnish an apartment independently. 

Sky3 does not currently offer preferred-employer discounts or relocation partnerships with specific employers or relocation providers, subject to eligibility and current program availability.
